Cross Country Ski Rentals
Come to Pinawa and experience the magic of the Boreal forest in the winter. Try the 5 km golf course trail perfect for beginners or head off into the woods on the various trails designed for beginners to advanced. Pack some snack and stop in at one of the ski cabins.
4 hr rental from 12:00 pm - 4:00 pm
Adult Ski Rental $20.00 - Includes Boot and Poles. Each rental will be charged an additonal $5.00 trail fee which supports The Whiteshell Cross Country Ski Club. A hard-working group of volunteers that maintain the trails.
Kids & Juniors Ski Rental $10.00 -Includes Boots and Poles. No trail fee for kid rentals.

Dress for the Weather and the Temperature
Check the forecast and make sure to dress for the conditions. Dress in non bulky layers so you can adjust as you heat up and when you cool down at rest stops. Bring some beverages and snack to fuel up along the journey. Also bring a small backpack to carry your extra layers and gear.

- Wicking base layer top and long johns
- Insulating mid-layer fleece jacket
- Winter Jacket
- Waterproof-breathable pants or softshell pants
- Toque
- Neck warmer or buff
- Warm ski gloves or mittens
- Warm socks
Rentals check in and pickup anytime between the hours of your booked rental. Rentals must be returned at the designated time or a late fee will be charged.
Life happens. If you cancel within 48 hours of your rental day and time you will be issued a full refund. If you don't cancel 48 hours before your rental day and time a full refund will not be issues. Instead a credit will be issued that can be used on another date before the end of the winter season.
